Saturday Night.

What does this single, thirty-something girl do on a Saturday night in Cle Elum?  Well, the same thing she would do in Seattle, NYC, or LA on a Saturday night.  She bakes.

So, attempting to channel my inner Pioneer Woman, I made the best chocolate cupcakes Pioneer Woman has ever had with the best frosting Pioneer Woman has ever had.

At this moment, roughly twelve hours after these little morsels were frosted, six remain.  Thank goodness the rain and wind have ceased and the sun is shining this morning....Atticus (ahem) needs some exercise.
